In the app (fastest)
- Open SitBite and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email velugmasolutions@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my SitBite account". We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email and Google account ID.
- Every baby on the account, with their allergen status, meal log, reactions and meal plans.
- Your grocery lists, favourite recipes and sign-in sessions.
Nothing is kept, apart from backup copies and server logs, which are overwritten within 30 days. Deleting can't be undone. If you sign in again later, you start with a new, empty account.
If you pay for SitBite through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your
account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in your Play Store or App Store
settings.
